BIO:
I’ve been rhymin’, freestylin’ and makin’ cats look bad since the 90's. Doin’ my thing at house parties, open mics and street corners. Hooked up with the Legend SG around ‘93 and we took to the lab creating music still worth listenin’ to, till this day. Sometime down the road, SG introduced me to Grant Rice. At the time, there were only a few Chicanos rappin’, (now EEERRRRbody "raps"...ha.), and we started a group called The Network, recording a few Kansas City classics. I had been working on my LUNACY album, and combined some of it, to the Network album. We had features from the Basement Khemists (with TOMMY GUNN), ILL CO, Veteran Click and others. Around that time, Tech N9ne was just starting to build his brand, and we started kickin' it, and sharing knowledge of the business side of things. . Grant was recruited by Tech to tour with him. I’ll admit now, at the time I wasn’t ready for all that, i was still figuring things out as an artist. I remained excited for Grant as he went touring with Tech.
I continued recording and performing around the city, earning respect and getting’ my stripes. SG and I remained on the grind making a few good friends along the way. For some reason I can only recall Amen and Vertigo right now..though several friendships were developed through those years.. Mac Lethal and Approach of course, although we don’t talk much now, I brought Approach and Mac to one of their first studios, and consider them friends. Along the way, I rekindled a brotherhood friendship with Joe Vertigo and the home girl Curve. Along with them we formed Vertigo. We recorded what would come to be known as "the most classic album you never heard". Mostly due to issues within the group, we broke up. We toured 48 cities with Tech N9e and nearly became the 1st group to sign with Strange. Just wasn’t to be though, but when one door closes, another opens.
During the tour, Grant started stopping by sound check for Vertigo; could see SG and me doin’ our thing and Grant became inspired enough to ask us to start a group called THE EMPIRE. We did along with the homie Panic - who I brought to introduce to Grant during the GRANT RICE MIXTAPE sessions. EMPIRE started recording CROWNED. An attempt at history began to unfold. When CROWNED was finished. We began another 48 city tour with Tech N9ne. Successful in all facets. We built a solid fan base; sold over 10k copies of Crowned OUT THE TRUNK and 50k copies regionally. We appeared on WORLWIDE TV and on SiTv's THE DROP. To this day, we receive airplay on over 150 stations west of Denver; appeared live on Power 106 FM in Los Angeles( POCOS PERO LOCO- KHOOL AID) and other various stations out west. Empire was a few steps away from signing with a major label in LA when we stopped due to problems within the group. We all Love each other, and are still FAMILY, but it’s hard gettin’ 4 dudes on the same schedule and keepin’ it up.
That was in 2006. It’s about to be 2015, and I am about to attempt to make history again. Having signed a deal with TOP NOTCH MUSIC/INGROOVES/UNIVERSAL records Los Angeles) in the summer of 2014. Some R&R was due... I had to take time off. To get me straight. To get my focus back. Now that I’ve done that, I’m here to take the shine from all those who are attempting to do the impossible. Which is to stop me. With much Love and respect to the Vets out there. You know who you are. I’m tired of no one making any noise. You can roll with me if you'd like. Your choice. Also, look out for Panic too. Dudes makin' moves on a major level. Oh...and by the way. SG's back home. So you "producers" better eat your Wheaties. Cuz we comin’. These next few years.....are MINE. Enjoy...

Radio: Power 106 FM L.A - and various other stations out west.
